Local wildflower honey that has been barrel aged for 12 months in emptied dark rum barrels.

Combining two of our favorite things, we source freshly emptied American Oak barrels from fine rum producers to enrich our aromatic wildflower honey with the smoky, molasses notes left behind by their previous contents.
