Local wildflower honey that has been barrel aged for 6 months in emptied bourbon barrels.

Combining two of our favorite things, we source freshly emptied American Oak barrels from fine bourbon producers to enrich our aromatic wildflower honey with the smoky, caramel and vanilla notes left behind by their previous contents.
