Local wildflower honey that has been barrel aged for 12 months in emptied peach brandy barrels.

Combining two of our favorite things, we source freshly emptied American Oak barrels from fine brandy producers to enrich our aromatic wildflower honey with the caramel, peachy notes left behind by their previous contents.
